DELIVERY

TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMES

Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery times will vary dependent on the size of your order, where you want it delivered and the time of year (e.g. Easter, Black Friday, Christmas). However, these are some typical delivery times that you can expect:

  • UK: 2 - 3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5 - 6 business days
  • Rest of World: 7 - 10 business days

In case you were wondering, Saturday is not a business day. Also, delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Please be aware that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times and that customs checks, where applicable, can also cause delays.

 

IMPORT DUTIES / TAXES

You will be responsible for paying all import duties associated with your order, as and when they occur. It's really hard / actually impossible for us to calculate and let you know how much import duty you may have to pay, sorry! Your local customs website should be able to estimate the price for you though. It might just take a bit of googling.

S.P.A. is not responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

 

INSURANCE

S.P.A. insures each purchase from the time it leaves our warehouse to you receiving it. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the delivery is assumed by you. If you have specified someone other than yourself to receive and sign for the delivery for you, you accept that signature by this person is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by S.P.A.
